We can only exchange or refund unopened and/or sealed products, unless the product has been damaged or is defective.

If your product is faulty, we will supply a freepost returns label so the product can be sent back to us for inspection and forwarded on to the brand. If the product is damaged, we may request you to send a photograph so to be forwarded on to our courier partners.
